Session Pricing
All coaching sessions are 50 minutes and available in-person or via Zoom. A travel fee applies to in-person sessions requiring travel over 60 miles.

Organizational and church consulting engagements are scoped and priced based on the size of the organization, the nature of the work, and the length of the engagement. All start with a free assessment call.
The Clarity Experience
A structured multi-session engagement for churches and organizations. Three facilitated sessions covering Heritage and History, Mission and Values, and Beliefs and Convictions, followed by a complete professional written report. The $2,500 option adds pastor profile survey and search committee coaching for pastorless churches.
The Focal Point
Walks your team through the development of clear vision, mission, and purpose. Available for personal or organizational needs. Ideal for teams that have lost clarity on why they exist and where they are headed.

Yes. Aaron offers a free initial consultation for every new client. The goal is to understand where you are and whether he is the right person to help. There is no sales pressure and no obligation.
Yes. Aaron consults with churches and organizations nationwide. Many engagements are conducted remotely via Zoom. For in-person work, travel costs are discussed as part of the engagement scoping process.
Church consulting through the Revitalizer or other packages focuses on overall church health, direction, and revitalization. Pastoral transition services are specifically focused on the season when a church is between pastors, including interim strategy, search committee coaching, and post-call support. Many churches need both.
Aaron's background is SBC and his theological framework is conservative evangelical. He is willing to consult with non-Baptist evangelical churches that share that theological foundation. Contact him to discuss your specific situation.
The Clarity Process is a multi-session engagement. The exact timeline depends on your schedule and pace. Most clients complete the two stages over 4 to 8 weeks. Aaron will discuss timing and scheduling during your initial consultation.
