Aaron is a Union University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary graduate (M.Div., D.Min.) who has served churches across Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Texas for over three decades. He is certified in Church Consultation through Church Answers and the Rainer Group, and he holds additional certifications in coaching and the Younique process.
He currently serves as Director of Pastorless Church Ministries at Texas Baptists, where he trains and places interim pastors and supports churches through pastoral transitions statewide. That work informs everything he does as a national consultant and coach.
